From a quick 30-minute tune-up to a deeply restorative 90-minute treatment, the focus is always on relieving pain, reducing tension, and restoring balance to both body and mind.
Designed to support the changing needs of pregnancy, my prenatal massage offers gentle relief from tension, stress, and discomfort. For clients over 22 weeks, I provide side-lying positioning for safety and comfort, creating a calming space for both body and baby.
Cupping massage uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and promote healing. It’s a great complement to traditional massage for deeper relief and relaxation.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the nervous system to release deep tension and restore balance. Using light, sustained touch—often no more than the weight of a nickel—I focus on areas like the head, spine, and sacrum to support the natural rhythm of the craniosacral system. This subtle yet powerful work encourages deep relaxation, pain relief, and emotional release.
Symphony of the Cells is a targeted essential oil application technique designed to support the body’s natural healing. Using Pamper Me Naturally essential oils, I apply specific blends along the spine and bottoms of the feet in a gentle, layered sequence. I offer the Inflammatory, Emobic, Chi, and Hormone Balancing protocols to help restore balance, reduce tension, and support overall wellness.
